X·Motion: Movement Education & Practice offers a tailored curriculum specific to the audience, regardless of the age group or physical activity background. The goal is to bring more ease and efficiency in the way that you move from your day-to-day all the way to your specialized sport. The only prerequisite to join is an open mind. We offer group classes, private coaching as well as corporate events.
We use a compilation of tools from various domains, such as tactical work, dance and improvisation, somatic practices, strength and mobility protocols (conventional or contextual), ground movement and more. The many subjects we study will empower us by polishing our armor and demolishing what does not serve us.
Each class will be different from the last in the work done and the intensity eXperienced. Your progress is guaranteed as long as you show up with an intent to learn and be present.
